Antoine's journey with the Collective Impact Institution began in 2020, marking the start of a transformative path. His dedication led him to become a Richard Boyd Fellow in 2021, culminating in his graduation in 2022. Along the way, he earned recognition for his commitment through a certificate from the "Alive and Free" training program.

Equipped with newfound skills and insights from his fellowship experience and training, Antoine seized opportunities to facilitate the Richard Boyd Fellowship, mentor those formerly incarcerated, and lead Violence Prevention workshops for Collective Impact. Additionally, he actively engages in community outreach and base-building initiatives to uplift individuals directly and indirectly impacted by the criminal justice system, fostering empowerment and solidarity within the community.

As a black man navigating life post-incarceration, Antoine confronted numerous challenges. The "Alive and Free" training proved instrumental in helping him recognize and address past traumas and emotional burdens. Embracing the healing process, Antoine resolved to support others in similar circumstances, guiding them to acknowledge and navigate risk factors to embrace a life of freedom and fulfillment.
